Flag Football Summer Camp
Learn position-specific drills focusing on hand-eye coordination, lateral movement, change of direction during play, blocking skills, and form tackling with a focus on injury prevention. Combine type training: 40-yard dash, shuttle drill, gauntlet, etc. Speed, agility, and quickness training emphasizing proper running form, footwork, conditioning, cone drills and the fundamentals of the game all while having fun playing flag football.
