Youth Speed Class

Boost your speed, flexibility, explosiveness, lateral movement, strength and cardiovascular endurance, with an emphasis on injury prevention. Training includes ladders, rings, resistance bands, box jumps, high intensity interval training and more designed to take your game to the next level. 5th Grade-12th Grade Monday, Tuesdays, & Wednesday @ 7 PM *Try your first class for FREE* $25 per class $180 for 8 classes $320 for 16 classes $430 for 24 classes
