HiTrainer

The HiTrainer is a “non-motorized treadmill” designed to run in the drive position in the acceleration phase, forcing complete core and posterior chain engagement. 

We utilize both PRO and ATP models in our training.
Hitrainer PRO high-intensity interval training and real-time performance feedback empowers training to full potential. Coaches identify imbalances, increase reaction time, speed and recovery. The Pro is also useful in concussion protocols. 

HiTrainer ATP provides baseline fitness evaluations, high-intensity interval training protocols and a super efficient cardiovascular workout.
